November 2025 Photoshoot  

We are pleased to announce the launch of the next P4 photoshoot. This will be taking place on Saturday 1st November 2025.

This is for anyone who wants to challenge themselves to get in the best shape of their life. It’s all about the person you become to get the result at the end. The resilience, commitment and consistency it takes, really changes you as a person.

    Photoshoot Protocol

    Photoshoot specific training plan and nurtrition education personalised to each individual.

    Extra Group Sessions

    To help everyone hit their goals, we will be putting on an extra 5 group sessions. These will be every other week on a Saturday at 9am.

    Professional Photos

    Each member will get 10 professional photos included in the package. Additional photos can be purchased at £20 per photo direct to the photographer.

    Next Level Accountability

    This is all about being consistent and getting in the best shape of your life. You will be held heavily accountable weekly and will have all support you need to make the most of this shoot.
